Packaging: Anti-damage materials standard.
Costs: Freight & insurance negotiable.
Risk: Transfers per agreed terms after goods leave factory.
Flexible terms available based on order size and needs.

What is the delivery time for sample and bulk order please?
Production & Delivery Timeline:
1. Samples:
Standard models: 1-3 days.
Customized models: 5-7 days.
2. Bulk Orders:
Standard (≤500 sets): 7-10 days.
Large quantities: Flexible capacity coordination.
Customized (incl. molds): 20-30 days.
Urgent orders prioritized. Contact us for specific needs.

Can I get the samples?
Sample Policy:
1. Standard Samples:
1-2 sets free (only pay shipping).
Extra units at cost price.
2. Customized Samples:
Provide specs (color temp/power/track type).
Sample fee is charged, but will be deductible from bulk orders.
Note: Customer covers freight.
